TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Awards 2014
We are delighted to have become the proud winner of the 2014 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award!
The coveted accreditation, now in its fourth year, celebrates hospitality excellence across the globe, and is given only to establishments including restaurants, hotels, venues and attractions which consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews, praise and recognition in online reviews posted by TripAdvisor travellers. To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five.
Feedback from the website includes accolades such as:
‘’I have had consistently positive feedback from people attending this venue for day courses and conferences - a warm and welcoming atmosphere with reliable service and good facilities’’ for Devonport House, which can be found on the World Heritage site, Greenwich Park in London.
Of the EMCC in Nottingham, one delegate wrote high-praise including ‘’we had our annual management conference and the dinner service both evenings was of the highest standard. The staff were friendly and eager to help.’’
