Brigade Cook School
Fancy an event with a difference? Brigade Cook School could be for you. It's a chance for you and your colleagues to try cooking like a top chef; or an opportunity to experience something new in a creative, collaborative, team-building environment. Brigade Cook School gives you the tools and the tasks to encourage fresh thinking and new solutions.
Overseeing it all is Simon Boyle, Brigade Founder, TV chef and author of many cookery books. From the privacy of your own dining room, and its attached live kitchen, he'll immerse you in the experience of cooking at a high level. You'll see the techniques top chefs use, then sit down, eat the dish, and understand why they make the food so special.
If you are planning corporate training, we offer different courses according to your business objectives:
- An appetite for communication aims to give you a unique and inspirational meeting. You'll have all the usual business tools such as plasma TV and flip-chart, along with something much more unexpected. Our creative environment frees thinking, inspires motivation – and provides an excellent lunch, of course.
- Cook up a conversation focuses on the training objectives that are important to you. A series of cooking challenges culminate in a fine dining experience. It's designed to take your people out of their comfort zone and work together to withstand the heat in the kitchen.
- Beyond the boardroom gives your organisation's strategic thinkers and thought leaders the opportunity to review and analyse the way your organisation functions. Again, cooking will force people to focus on unfamiliar tasks and work together to solve them.
Packages start from £75 per person

We'll customise each experience, so you'll get not just a completely original corporate event, but one that's built around you. In the same way, if it's a group of friends we'll leave out the business functions and turn up the fun.
