Payment:
All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking, are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
The full price for each stay, with the addition of all extras incurred during your stay, are to be settled in full before departure by cash, cheque with current banker’s card, Maestro, Switch, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
At the following Venues all promotional rate bookings are to be settled at time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable: Daresbury Park, Shaw Ridge, St David’s Park and Whites. At all other Venues credit/debit card details are taken only as a booking guarantee with payment taken at departure.
VAT is included at the current prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. Bookings are taken at the discretion of the individual Venue and are subject to availability. Prices may be restricted or may not apply at some of the Venues at certain times.
Your Booking:
If making a reservation in a De Vere Venue, the contract for your stay is with Verve Venues Ltd (trading as De Vere Venues), Registered in England & Wales No. 1396936.
Special Arrangements:
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your requests, unfortunately, we can not guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.
Cancellations / Amendments by Us:
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can 1) accept the changed arrangements as notified, 2) make an alternative arrangement with us or, 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
Your money is safe:
In the unlikely event of insolvency, any pre-payments made by you for packages sold within the meaning of Travel Holidays and Package Tours regulations 1992 are secured by a trust of which Messrs Hammond Suddards Trustees Limited are independent Trustees, c/o Wrigleys Solicitors, 19 Cookridge Street, Leeds LS2 3AG.
Car Parks:
Most Venues have their own car parks, free of charge. However, cars are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Pet Policy:
With the exception of assistant dogs, no dogs are allowed in De Vere Venues.

Cots and extra beds are available in most of our Venues, however these are limited and are subject to availability. Please check at the time of booking.

Lip Service
To qualify all events must be confirmed and take place between 07.01.08 – 31.05.08 at any De Vere Venue of your choice, for a complete list visit www.devere.co.uk/venues. This offer only applies to new enquiries received and contracted between 7 January 2008 and 31 May 2008. This offer does not apply to enquires placed prior to 7 January 2008. These can be group, conference, function or golf enquiries, but excludes accommodation unless taken in conjunction with one of the aforementioned. To be eligible to redeem a prize all claims must be completed using the form at www.devere.co.uk/lipservice by 30.06.08. This offer is for direct corporate bookings and for bookings via 3rd parties, however only one claim can be made per individual booking. Vouchers will be issued after the event has taken place.
The main prize draw will be made 12th July 2008. The winner will be notified by 22nd July 2008.
