De Vere Venues has an exciting and innovative venture which will see the historic Fire Station building in Tooley Street, SE1, London, refurbished into a bar & bistro, cook school plus a dedicated event and private dining space, which will be branded as ‘Brigade’.

Brigade offers three different experiences:

• Brigade Private Dining - with themed rooms, perfect for private dining and hosting an event, complete with their own chef and kitchen.
• Brigade Cook School - your chance to learn how a top chef works – and enjoy the results
• Brigade Bar and Bistro - where front of house kitchens move the ambience of a bar and bistro to a new level.

Every part of Brigade is about a new approach to food – and people who need a break. Together with the Beyond Food Foundation, we offer vulnerable people catering apprenticeships, giving them tools for a brighter future. At Brigade, outstanding food does more than just provide pleasure, it also creates new opportunities, new experiences and most of all, new connections. Chef Founder, Simon Boyle has a vision to bring people together and nourish relationships through the power of great food. So when you indulge yourself with fine food at Brigade, you're also helping others. With its open kitchens and culinary passion, Brigade lets you enjoy everything about great food from pan to plate. Meeting & Syndicate Room: 4 rooms & 1 large event space for up to 100 people standing, all offering natural daylight.

Bedrooms: No bedrooms at this Venue but why not try Devonport House in Greenwich.

Food & Drink: Brigade Bar and Bistro with a maximum capacity of 90 seated and 32 in the terrace.

Techie: Free Internet access throughout, plasma and audio-visual equipment.

Parking: No on-site parking but local NCP’s available.
