Brigade Bar & Bistro

The Brigade Bar and Bistro is the brilliant heart of the new Fire Station, where the atmosphere is fun, informal and focused on food. It’s the perfect place to entertain clients over lunch or enjoying a cocktail after work, savour some classic British ingredients, served up in a warm, engaging atmosphere.

Whether you're nibbling layered smoked salmon and wasabi pumpernickel bread, or sitting down to a Brigade Pie, it'll delight and involve you. Even our cocktails come with their own highly original accompaniments – try Marmalade Mojito and you'll see what we mean (that's if we can't tempt you with champagnes, interesting wines from niche producers, or beers from a local micro brewery).

You'll walk in from Tooley Street to an atmosphere laced with garlic, herbs and simmering stock. The sounds of a hone-stone and whisk overlay the clink of ice cubes and a buzz of conversation. Pop in for a drink – you may find yourself tempted to stay and eat.

Open from 8.30am – Late, Monday – Friday
Open from 5:00pm, Saturdays

Food will be served between the following hours:

Breakfast 8:30-10:00
Lunch 12:00 -15:00
Dinner 17:30 – 22:00
